Description
A simple acrylic painting I did as a wedding present for my boss and his new Hungarian wife.
Story behind this is that he always got up early to text her and she'd always stay up late to text him (lived on opposite sides of the planet) so she'd call him "morning rooster" and he called her "night owl".
They got married near the end of July this year and they both really enjoyed my painting! Yay!
Painted on a 16"x20" pre-made canvas, inspired by ~JarrrodElvin's "Two Cute Owls" image: jarrrodelvin.deviantart.com/ar… Took about 2 weeks painting it, on and off.
As usual, it looks better in real life, my photography sucks.
Artwork is (C) to me, Caylee.

Is there any way you would consider painting another owl rooster like this one. I work in crochet and I know how your time and talent is costly. my daughter has met and married the napkin to her squeaky styrofoam cup. My daughter is definitely the night owl. My son in law is the rooster for more than his get out of bed and eat the world attitude. His last name is Hitchcock if you know what I mean. Let me know if you are willing to give it a go I Think they would love it.
